Within the Decathlon Group, the Sports & Process scope brings together design professions, products industrialization as well as the Supply Chain sector. The organization is based on brands with a strong reputation well known to our customers (Domyos, Quechua, Tribord, Solognac, etc.) and partnerships with other brands, which work in direct collaboration with the Industrial Processes carrying the capacities of technological and sustainable innovation of the Group. From the design to the marketing of all our products are the jobs within the Sports & Process department.
Today, textile products and their design are at the heart of an industrial transformation. This project pushes us towards the ambition of product excellence, by focusing our efforts primarily on innovation, eco-design, recyclability, digitalization, the development of new technologies and excellent raw material offers, as well as towards the ambition of the overall performance of our supply chain by focusing our efforts on the excellence of our supplier panel, the fluidity of our supply chain, the decarbonization of our industrial model, the knowledge and then the exploitation of our data.
THE SUPPLY TEAM
Within the textile community, the Supply team belongs to the Woven process with a human force of 12 teammates.
Its responsibility is to ensure the procurement of our finished goods from our manufacturing suppliers towards our warehouses. This has to be done on one hand in close collaboration with retail suppliers following the seasonal business needs of sport brands while on the other hand you handle production organization: “the right product at the right time with the right cost”.
You are a major part of the Decathlon value chain.
The Woven supply department stands for almost 2.7 billions € of sales turnover, 1 B€ of cession turnover, working with more than 10 sport brands and production offices over 7 countries.
We supply product typologies such as Shorts, Pants, Jackets, Towels.
Sales turnover, availability rate, delivery on time and stock lifetime (days sales inventory) are our Key Performance Indicators.

You are co-leading the Woven procurement policy, taking into account both industrial strategies and the needs of our sports, with whom you closely collaborate.
