The Rackets Golf- Target SPORTS UNIVERSE "RGT" gathes the following sports entities : Badminton / Palas Sports (Padel- Pickleball..)/ Golf / Tennis and Squash/ Table Sports (Table Tennis - Billard..)  and Target Games (Darts, Petanque, Archery, Indoor, Beach & Garden Games), and realised a Worldwide Tunover of 1,1 Bn€ in 25 (5 years CAGR 8,6%).

This is a very diverse pool of Sports

• with real international teams (conception is addressed from France, China and Spain), close to our more demanding users),

• and very diverse kind of stakes as well, from mature sports practices (tennis) to very emerging sports (such a Pickleball)

Join our "RGT" Team as Financial Planner and Analyst.

Together with the Universe FP & A and the Leaders you will act as a real Business Partner for conquest and value creation for these sports, from helping in the definition of strategies, leading the economic and sustainable trajectories of the Sports, to ensuring constantly we create value.

YOUR MISSION

Leading Performance:

• Monthly closing of performance along with accounting teams (in Ireland, France & Spai).

• Monthly debrief of our main KPIs (Planet, people, profit, product, profit) with the Universe FP & A and your Sports leaders

• Review the yearly trajectory and if needed, define and implement action plans with the sport leader

Leading Value Creation:

• Build investment plans.

• Train teams on value creation and make them autonomous.

• Ensure sustainable balance between economic profit and environmental impact

• Accompany the shift from mainly France dev center to Worldwide dev centers.

Communicate Economic and sustainable Performance to your Sports Teammates.

• Monthly communication of the bonuses to the teams.

• Regular Debrief of your Sport and of the Group Performances.

Guarantee Legal Framework

• delegation of authority,  Intellectual property management: patent,trademark, designs , exploitation

• Contracts follow-up

You think that FP&A job does not happen behind your computer, but by being alongside the teams, working to help maximising investments profitability in order to make Sport's accessible to all.

Our team can rely on strong finance & supply profiles, so we seek complementary profiles/ experiences: Process-Production/ Offer or Retail profiles are most welcome. 

However an experience as FPnA and/or in Financial Audit is a prerequisite for applying.

You are sociable, curious and truly interested in understanding Sports contexts, and peoples’ jobs and stakes.

You have a real business partner ability: strong “courage managerial”, convincing counter power with a constructive attitude. You have the ability to bring  “helicopter view”, and you can easily switch from very operational tasks (input data/check accounting) to strategic ones (5-10 years business plans).

You speak English fluently. And, of course you are a Sport's enthusiast !!!
