Our global Business Development team is looking for a dynamic motivated Customer & Partner Success Coordinator based in Montreal to contribute to the development of our presence in the North American market.
Reporting to our Paris headquarters, you will ensure day-to-day relationship management between both partners (B2B) as well as clients (B2C) and include the following missions:

• Liaison between our guests and our hotel partners: handling bookings, special requests, and responding to inquiries via phone and email
• Coordination of reservation logistics and problem solving including eventual book-out situations
• Processing customer reviews, complaints, and claims via several online tools and CRMs
• Delivery of high-level guest satisfaction management (we offer a 100% response service)
• Moderation of exchanges with hotel partners regarding availabilities, new property pictures, offer improvement, etc.
• Constant collaboration with our global account managers to optimize the performance of a vast partner portfolio
• Building productive commercial relationships with accommodation partners across multiple markets and cities in the US and Canada


Profil recherché

• Perfectly bilingual level English speaker, professional French is a big plus 🌍
• Excellent communication and diplomacy, capable of finding solutions and implementing suggestions
• Hospitality experience desired: front desk, guest relations, or reception is ideal 🛎
• At ease with online tools including Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Excel etc
• Dynamic, reactive, and able to prioritize busy workloads
• Personal culture fit for a dynamic, multicultural startup environment 🚀

Additional Info:

• Start date: ASAP!
• Hours: Evening shift from 12:00pm to 9:00pm
• Location: Montreal, Canada in a fully remote position (for now, on-site office coming soon)
