One of the most unique characteristics of our product, Data Science Studio (DSS), is the breadth of its scope and the fact that it caters both to technical and non-technical users. Through DSS, we aim to empower people through data and democratize data science.

We are looking for a results-driven and hands-on Business Development Representative, aspiring to grow their career in enterprise software sales. Located in London, your role will be to identify and qualify new sales opportunities to expand Dataiku’s footprint in the UK markets.

What You'll Do:

  • Collaborate with our Sales, Marketing and Partner teams to design, research and execute industry-specific campaigns to generate early stage opportunities
  • Prospect into a large volume of inbound and outbound leads. Activities include connecting via phone, email, LinkedIn and in-person events
  • Engage with executive-level, data and business leaders from large enterprise companies and work closely with our Sales Executives to progress these opportunities towards closing
  • Demonstrate an understanding of Dataiku DSS and the Big Data ecosystem, as well as industry knowledge, such as Retail, Banking, Insurance, Manufacturing and Utilities
  • Analyse and report on your weekly activities and pipeline generation

Who You Are:

  • You are interpersonal and have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • You are results-oriented and can thrive in a high pressure environment with a quota carrying position
  • You are able to collaborate closely with team members in cross-functional departments including Sales, Marketing and Sales Engineering to achieve a common goal
  • You are analytical and can demonstrate organisational and time management skills
  • You are excited by being part of a fast-paced company with an opportunity to grow your skill set in enterprise software sales
  • You have a keen interest in data and how businesses can leverage data science to innovate
  • You ideally have relevant experience in sales or business development in the tech/software industry
