    Job description

    Our sales team creates, manages and develops a customer portfolio and builds long-term relationships with decision-makers in order to maintain the use of the DataCatalogue 360® solution.

    • Own prospecting, lead generation & sales qualification to ensure the team meets annual revenue targets
    • Undertake market research to identify new and potential sectors, organizations, and functions for the product
    • Run targeted outbound campaigns to generate new leads across different sectors, functions, and geographies.
    • Nurture existing leads to convert them into sales opportunities
    • Own experiments in messaging and other email & LinkedIn campaign ideas to increase conversion rates

    Requirements

    Above all, you want to embark on an ambitious entrepreneurial adventure with strong human values and a great team that combines performance and humor around an innovative data mapping solution!

    • 2+ years of experience in a sales or business development role in a SaaS / business intelligence / consulting organisation is preferred, with a focus on outbound.
    • Strong communication and presentation skills - solid writing skills are a must!
    • Previous experience in managing top-of-the funnel — Prospecting, MQLs, SQLs, and ARR aren’t just buzzwords to you.
    • Ability to think on your feet — you’re someone who can figure out creative ways to run new outbound campaigns and keep the sales funnel always ripe with new prospects.
    • You have experience with data analytics/management consulting, data warehousing, software markets, products and business.
    • You have an understanding of the cloud ecosystem and the relevant technologies in the data space — the person has to keep themselves updated on the trends in the data ecosystem.
