As a key member of our Design Team, your mission is to elevate the user experience of DataGalaxy. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, turning complex concepts into user-friendly interfaces. You'll play a crucial role in shaping the aesthetic and functional aspects ensuring it not only meets but exceeds the expectations of our clients.

🌟Discovery:

• Ensure the monitoring of UX/UI Product Design
• Collaborate with cross-functional squads, including Product Managers and Tech Leads, to understand project goals and user needs
• Conduct user research, including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gain insights into user behavior and preference

🌟Conception

• Create high-fidelity prototypes and design assets using advanced Figma skills
• Guarantee the respect of the established design system 
• Lead the design process from concept to implementation, ensuring a user-centric approach at every stage
• Run user tests to validate design decisions and identify areas of improvement gathering relevant feedback

🌟Delivery:

• Ensure the implementation of functionalities in collaboration with the product and engineering team
• Work on responsive design to ensure a seamless experience across various devices and screen sizes

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio showcasing your design projects
• Expertise in Figma (including variants, properties, variables and atomic design system features) and Adobe Illustrator
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices

• Experience with user research methods and usability testing
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team
• Autonomy in the realization of the missions
