Mission :

Make SMBs deployments a success in dutch speaking areas Flanders & Netherlands.

• As a SMB project manager, you will take care of customer success to onboard customers 80% and support them on the use of the product 20%
• Working with all Dashdoc teams, you’ll take in charge the onboarding of our new customers and ensure the best use of our product : set the targets and the deployment limits, deploy the solution and reach the target set at the beginning of the project.
• You’ll work with Elien to structure the project management to make the customer onboarding easy and to contribute to Dashdoc growth
• You’ll manage the technical support to your customers

🎯 Outcomes

As a project manager, you will be responsible for rolling out the Dashdoc solution at our customers. Internally, you’ll work with all the teams at Dashdoc (sales, product, integration, marketing).

• Build a trust relationship with the customer’s team
• Work on pre-sales with the sales team to set the target and ensure feasibility
• Manage the project to reach the targets within 6 months and ensure the best use of Dashdoc
• Create up-sell opportunities including our customer’s needs
• Contribute to improving the product thanks customer’s feedbacks
• Contribute to improving the internal processes
• Take part in the support team

• At least 2 years of experience in project management or experience in transport dispatch
• Driver’s license
