🎯 Your mission

As Lead Frontend Developer, you’ll be directly reporting to the CTO and responsible for:

  • Leading our growing Frontend team.

  • Driving the development and architecture of our frontend projects, including:

    • 🖥️ Public platform (user-facing)

    • 🛠️ Admin platform (internal tools)

  • Ensuring code quality, performance, and scalability.

  • Collaborating with Product, Design, and Backend teams to deliver outstanding UX.

  • Mentoring and leveling up developers around you.

🛠 Tech stack

We’re currently using:

  • React / Next.js

  • TypeScript

  • Vite / Webpack

  • REST APIs

  • GitHub, CI/CD, AWS

You’ll have the freedom to challenge, improve, and scale our frontend architecture as we grow.


Profil recherché

  • Have 4+ years of frontend experience, including leading a team or project.

  • Write clean, scalable, maintainable React/TS code.

  • Are not just an executor: you bring ideas to the table, challenge the status quo, and enjoy thinking outside the box.

  • Have a solid understanding of design systems, UI/UX, and performance best practices.

  • Love mentoring, unblocking, and leading by example

  • Have strong opinions on testing, accessibility, or DX, and know when to compromise.

  • Are comfortable working in an **English-speaking environment
    (Bonus: you also speak Spanish and/or French)

Bonus points if you:

  • Have experience with admin dashboards or SaaS platforms

  • Are familiar with Storybook and Figma

  • Are passionate about product quality and design details
