We are looking for a Project Manager to ensure the success of the development of Life Beyond by taking ownership of the development processes, coordinating project planning, mitigating risks and solving problems, and fostering effective communication and teamwork. In this role, you will manage one Associate Producer and the lead QA, ensuring that they are effectively contributing to the project and collaborating with the rest of the team.
** Please note that this position can be hybrid-remote in either Paris, or our new hub sites in Barcelona and London.
Responsibilities:
Here is a non-exhaustive list of your missions:
Process Management: You will maintain and take ownership of different development processes to ensure they are properly understood and executed by the development team.
Project Planning: You will coordinate tasks and priorities to ensure that the project is completed on time, track progress, and make adjustments as needed
Risk/Problem Management: You will have the ability to identify, assess and prioritize risks or problems, develop and execute strategies to mitigate or manage those risks. This includes identifying problems and ensuring they are resolved.
Communication: You will ensure that information is well known and accessible by the team through the right process. You will motivate the teams, build a positive and productive team culture, and foster collaboration and cooperation among team members. Additionally, you will identify communication gaps and barriers among teams.
