You’re not coming “just to sell” — your role will be to become a trusted partner for our first clients and help us refine Daisy’s Product-Market Fit. You’ll work directly with Louise, Founder & CEO, at the heart of our commercial development.
From day one, you’ll manage the full sales cycle: identifying qualified prospects, running product demonstrations, closing deals, and supporting customers through onboarding. You’ll bring a structured approach to lead generation while remaining agile enough to experiment with new growth channels and refine our go-to-market strategy based on what you learn in the field.
Phase 1 – Prospecting & Qualification (SDR/Growth focus)
Identify and target the right ICP profiles through research, LinkedIn, Instagram, events, networks, and existing databases.
Build and maintain a clean, qualified leads database in our CRM.
Conduct outreach via email, phone, and social media — with creativity and personalization.
Test and optimize growth marketing approaches to generate high-quality leads.
Phase 2 – Sales Execution & Customer Success (AE)
Own the complete sales cycle: qualification, product demonstrations, negotiation, and closing.
Onboard new customers and ensure smooth implementation.
Provide valuable feedback on product improvements and sales processes.
You have 2-3+ years of proven experience in prospecting, growth, or B2B sales.
You’re entrepreneurial and data-driven: autonomous, you test hypotheses, learn from results, and adapt your approach.
You have excellent communication, active listening skills, and strong attention to detail.
You’re comfortable with ambiguity and can take ownership in a fast-moving startup environment.
You’re interested in the creative leisure industry and B2B SaaS space.
