Join Dailymotion as a Customer Success Manager, where you will be the primary point of contact for advertisers and agencies throughout the campaign lifecycle. Your main responsibilities will include responding to RFPs, identifying opportunities for key accounts, expanding client relationships, conducting in-depth analysis of campaign performance, and collaborating with various teams to ensure successful campaign delivery. Serve as the primary point of contact for advertisers and agencies, addressing all campaign-related inquiries throughout the campaign lifecycle.
Identify opportunities for key accounts, build strong advertising recommendations, and expand client relationships to ensure retention and growth.
Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign performance, develop actionable insights and recommendations for future campaigns, and collaborate with internal teams to secure campaign delivery.
Serve as advertiser and agency point-of-contact for all campaign-related inquiries from start to finish of campaign lifecycle. Your main KPIs are client’s conversion and retention. Your scope will include, but is not limited to, the following:
