Join us in our ambitious journey at Cure51, a dynamic startup committed to revolutionizing cancer care through advanced data analysis technology.

Under the supervision of the Head of Engineer, you will assist the IT & Ops team in the day-to-day management of IT support (levels 1 and 2) and contribute to compliance monitoring, particularly with regard to user access and rights management.

🛠️ Responsibilities

1. IT Support – Level 1 & 2

  • Respond to employee requests (via Slack, ticketing system, or in person).

  • Install, configure, and maintain workstations (Mac/Windows).

  • Manage accounts and collaborative tools (Google Workspace, Slack, Keeper, etc.).

  • Assist with IT asset management (inventory, updates, security).

  • Escalate complex incidents to IT administrators.

2. Compliance Support (Access & Rights)

  • Contribute to periodic user access reviews (internal & external users).

  • Keep access rights and permissions lists up to date (Google Workspace, SharePoint, Metabase, LabApp, etc.).

  • Collaborate with administrators to enforce the “least privilege” principle.

  • Document procedures for granting, modifying, and removing access.

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of IT compliance processes.


Profil recherché

  • Student pursuing a 2- to 5-year degree (computer science, systems & networks, cybersecurity, or equivalent).

  • Solid foundation in office environments and workstation management (Windows/Mac).

  • Knowledge of access management and IT security (a plus).

  • Rigorous, service-oriented, team player.

  • Ability to work in English (spoken/written) in an international environment.
