Accounting Manager

We’re looking for an amazing Accounting Manager who is super organized and proactive ⭐ Working in that position at Cubyn is the opportunity to contribute to a scaling company 🔥

You will be responsible for the full accounting scope, with a mission to improve the tools and the quality of accounting processes. You will report directly to the Head of Finance and you will be in charge of the accounting management of the three entities of Cubyn (2 in France and 1 in Spain). The revenue and client accounting is already the scope of your future teammate.

As the Accounting Manager, you will :

• Manage & ensure all the accounting operations for the group’s entities (France and Spain)
• Participate in the estimation of provisions (deferred revenue, customers’ depreciation…) for monthly and annual closing
• Review and close monthly and annual accounts
• Prepare tax forms (Liasse, VAT, CVAE, etc.)
• Implement new accounting processes
• Secure flows and develop internal control

You will also participate to ad-hoc projects like :

• External and internal audits, taxation and other possible reviews and controls
• Development of the Oracle Netsuite ERP
• Optimisation of accounting and financial tools and processes

• You are native French speaker and you are fluent in English (professional working proficiency).
• You will be based in Paris or Barcelona
• You have a Master degree (Bac+5 or equivalent) in accounting (CCA program or Business School)
• You have a minimum experience of 2/3 years in an audit or accounting firm.
• You have a strong ownership, you are meticulous and organized, and you are able to work on several topics with priorities and deadlines
• You are familiar with Excel, and Netsuite or ERP is a big plus, more generally you are comfortable with the use of software solutions (implementation, daily use)

When you are invited to your first round of interviews, you will be directly scheduled for a technical interview. The goal here will be to focus on the set of skills needed for the role you applied for.

These interviews aim to understand your view on several organizational topics and situations in the past where you have demonstrated values and behaviors that we value at Cubyn.
You will meet people from different teams and get a better understanding of how we work at Cubyn.
