Join our Customer Success team and actively participate in the satisfaction of our customers!
Your role? Become the only CSM in Spain and maintain the loyalty of your portfolio of Spanish key account customers & ensure their satisfaction throughout their life cycle.
How do you do this? By accompanying them on a daily basis.
As Customer Success Manager Spain, you will be the voice of the customer and that is the essence of Combo! As an expert in the Combo solution, you will work with the different teams to offer an exceptional service and meet the expectations of our customers.
Being a Customer Success at Combo means :
To pamper your Spanish customers and build a real relationship of trust with them!
Being a product expert
Managing the onboarding: training and coaching customers in their use of the tool
Follow the evolution of the connection and usage rates of the customers in order to avoid churn
Analyze the most frequently asked questions on the chat to improve the customer experience, articles, etc.
Implement and establish a strategy based on your feedback from the field
Inform your customers regularly about the latest Combo products
Ensure that customer feedback is taken into account
Work closely with the different Combo teams to constantly improve the tool
Your missions may evolve over time.
You are the right person for us, if :
You are a native or bilingual Spanish speaker, in order to join us in our expansion into the Spanish market
You also speak good French or English
You have at least a first experience as a CSM or Account Manager, ideally in the tech/SaaS industry with Key Accounts
Autonomous and proactive, you will be able to adapt to a dynamic and demanding environment
Rigorous and organized by nature, your team spirit and your sense of service will enable you to help your clients effectively in all situations
Your spelling is impeccable (even when you have to go fast, because in online chat, this is not an option)
Finally, you are interested in HR issues and are comfortable with calculations (we often get out our calculators to check our clients’ payrolls)
