Understanding how websites are made was one of the first things that drew Houssam’s curiosity after getting his hands on his first computer. Soon after realizing that HTML was not a real programming language, his interest quickly shifted toward making dynamic websites, which then led him to web development.
When Houssam is not working on the next features of the Collective platform (nor in front of a foosball table), he is pursuing his interest in home automation by reworking the intricate processes connecting the smart devices he set up, without ever wondering how much is too much automation!
As a seasoned Software Engineer (ex. @Shift Technology), Houssam joined the Collective adventure early after being seduced by the team’s vision and ambition.

Cradled in a computer at his early days, playing with club modems and floppy disks as he grew up, Cyril naturally decided to study computer science.
He quickly understood that product design was a goal in life! After an experience in a web agency, he gradually took the lead of the @Mention product, experiencing scale and acquisition.
More recently as a freelancer, being a member of the Mozza collective (Product Strategy & Design), Cyril joined Collective to carry the product vision and build the best experience for freelancers willing to team up.

Former strategy consultant after a business school, Jean has always been fascinated by technology and entrepreneurship. Some experiences in startups and ventures capital (Kerala - Seed investor of Malt, Doctolib, Playplay,...) led him to set his own company: Collective.
On the side, Jean learned a bit of coding (42) and experienced freelancing at the very beginning of "Crème de la crème". At that time, he was not aware that he would attempt to reinvent freelancing a few years after.
On a more personal side, Jean comes from Toulon (south). Passionated about music (playing himself piano, organ & guitar) and reading, Jean has also been a reserve soldier (3 years). Now, on track to follow his dream of entrepreneurship.

Fascinated by community and human being, Léa led the @JoinLion community for more than 3 years. She joined Collective earlier this year to create and animate the collective community.
She loves tribes, organisations, engagement... She is a sharpened theoretician of human communities and now strives to provide the best resources to thousands of freelancers teaming up through Collective.

Emma (ex. KAM @Leah) is our Business Operations Lead: she runs the team that creates the best alchemy between our clients and our collectives. On a daily basis, Emma runs multiple business, operational and strategic initiatives, while cooperating closely with our Business Development, Growth & Marketing and Product teams.
A typical day for Emma goes from meeting with various clients (from La Croix Rouge to Sorare) and ensuring the best match with our collectives, to building the best process to scale our operations.
In her spare time, she enjoys watching (way too many) TV Shows 📺, doing yoga 🧘🏻♀️ and cooking pastries 🧁
