    About the Role

    Coinhouse’s mission is to help Companies and Individuals benefit from the cryptocurrency revolution.

    Our Sales team is at the forefront of this mission: they educate investors about Coinhouse products and help our clients make the most out of Coinhouse’s platform and services, whether it’s buying, selling or staking cryptocurrencies, or benefiting from our investment services.

    To support our growth, we are looking for a Account Manager to strengthen our “Private Banking” activity, making sure to help our key investors to make the most out of cryptos.

    It is a fast-paced role that fits high-energy, data and performance-oriented people, ready to build the crypto bank of tomorrow.

    Job Description

    As one of the first employees to neo crypto private bank, you will have two main fields of work :

    Structuration (hand-to-hand with your manager) :

    • Design our crypto private bank approach and set up all the sales materials needed.
    • Improve these offers by working closely with Research, Marketing, Product and Sales teams.
    • Enhance sales productivity by enabling the team to work smarter by simplifying processes (CRM and tools).
    • Co-own the end-to-end process of tracking the sales funnel and operational metrics and delivering regular insights to the business.
    • Refine customer segmentation and create a plan to enhance renewal and upsell processes.

    Sales :

    • Grow and nurture a portfolio of customers by understanding their goals and need.
    • Give customers a best-in-class experience in their crypto investments.
    • Identify high-value customers through inbound/outbound prospecting campaigns and close them.
    • Manage clients onboarding according to KYC/AML procedures
    • Represent Coinhouse with integrity and professionalism at all times in all written and oral communications.

    Preferred experience

    Main requirements

    • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales environment
    • Strong interest in investment fields
    • Ability to understand high-level sales strategies, translate them into process requirements, and ensure business impact
    • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
    • Strong problem-solving skills and data-oriented
    • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
    • Native in French and fluent in English

    It is advantageous if you have/are

    • Working knowledge of CRM systems and a willingness to learn even more
    • Worked in German and/or Spanish market or have an international experience
