Under the direct supervision of the HR Manager, the intern will be involved in the following tasks:
Drafting and publishing job postings on various recruitment platforms (job boards, LinkedIn, Welcome to the Jungle)
Screening applications: reviewing CVs and conducting initial phone screenings
Participating in interviews and in the evaluation of candidates
Actively sourcing profiles on platforms such as LinkedIn and Welcome to the Jungle
Providing administrative support for the recruitment process (updating the ATS, tracking applications, scheduling interviews)
Contributing to the improvement of recruitment tools, processes, and reporting
Supporting employer branding initiatives by participating in job fairs and helping develop partnerships with target schools
Required Profile:
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Human Resources, Psychology, Labor Law, or Business School with a specialization in HR
Strong interest in recruitment and talent management
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and autonomous
Proficiency in Google Office tools (Sheets, Docs, etc.) and professional networking platforms (LinkedIn)
Fluency in French and professional proficiency in English
