We are looking for an Account Executive to join our sales team in Ireland.

Our team is now composed of over 70 people who are good at a great number of tasks, both at work and elsewhere, and who are not alike. As Account Executive, your missions will be :

  • Hunt into a triaged list of target accounts and engage all relevant stakeholders with CoderPad’s value proposition. 

  • Identify, engage, pitch and negotiate with C-Level executives in an international context

  • Build strong, long-lasting relationships with strategic customers

  • Collaborate with Marketing to detect new business opportunities with intent based tools

  • Establish a trusted advisor/consultant approach with customers;

  • Suggest new ideas to improve our product, process, workflows, based on customer feedback and strategic approach;

  • Achieve pre-defined outbound activity and pipeline metrics. 

  • Engage with a value based selling approach to delight new customers!

Profil recherché

What profile are we looking for :

  • 3 years+ in SaaS sales positions, with at least 1 year as Account Executive;

  • A hunter mindset & Entrepreneurial spirit!

  • Ability to operate with ambiguity, test and define new ideas and engage executive buyers with innovative ideas and solutions

  • French & English speaker

  • A team-player who brings positivity and a lot of energy to the team;

  • Proficiency with SalesForce CRM. Gong & Apollo is a plus

Déroulement des entretiens

1- Recruiter Meet & Greet with Mathilde (People Lead - EMEA) - 30 minutes

2- Manager Interview with Terrence (VP of Sales) - 30 minutes

3- Outbound Exercise & Discovery Roleplay with Terrence & an AE - 1 hour

4- C-level & cultural interview with Amanda (CEO) & Mathilde - 1 hour
