We are looking for an Assistant Product Owner to assist our Product Owner and be a functional support for our Saas Cocorico solution. 

The objective is to become an expert of our Saas solution and to be able to advise our customers about it. In this position, you will have a position of “pivot” that will lead you to exchange daily with our Product Owner but also with the developers concerned by customer feedback, and any other actor able to answer our customers’ questions. You will provide real technical and functional support to our users by being an employee at Cocorico and by providing support to Hatch and Cocolabs. Otherwise, in order to assist the Product Owner, you will also be responsible for writing functional documentation, but also stories, etc.
Without necessarily having a developer profile, you will be able to provide support to users while carrying out functional documentation work and writing long and short stories; this will be the main part of your missions for two years!

You are studying computer science, engineering, project management, Product Owner, or web and digital.
You have knowledge of the AGILE methodology.
You have a strong appetite for digital and the culture that goes with it.
You have the ambition and/or taste for the job of Product Owner.
You have a good level of professional English.
