As a Marketing & Content Intern, you’ll support our marketing team in bringing Coachello’s brand and ideas to life every day. You’ll play a hands-on role in creating engaging content, amplifying our presence on social media, contributing to events and community moments, and helping shape how we communicate with clients and prospects. You’ll work closely with our Marketing Lead (SEO), founders, and cross-functional teams

Content & Social Media
Help write and edit creative content for LinkedIn, email newsletters, blog posts, and campaign assets.
Support the planning and scheduling of social content (posts, visuals, captions).
Monitor trends and propose content ideas that resonate with our audiences.
Branding & Creative Projects
Assist in developing brand materials — visuals, templates, and layouts (with tools like Canva, Figma, etc.).
Contribute to storytelling and narrative framing across channels.
Visibility & Creative Ideas
Propose and explore original ideas to increase Coachello’s visibility, content formats, creative campaigns, partnerships, event activations, or social media concepts.
Keep an eye on what works in the startup, HR, L&D, and tech ecosystems and adapt relevant ideas to Coachello’s tone and brand.
Turn insights, trends, or everyday moments into simple, creative actions that help Coachello be better seen and remembered.
Events & Community
Support planning and logistics for events (webinars, in-person meetups, panels).
Help prepare event materials, follow-ups, and post-event content.
Collaboration & Support
Work with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to gather stories, testimonials, and ideas.
Assist in compiling simple performance reports and content engagement insights.
Currently in the final year of studies or Gap year (Bachelor’s/Master’s) in Marketing, Communication, Journalism, Digital Media, or similar.
Strong writing skills in English and/or French, clear, creative, and audience-focused.
Curious about social media, branding, digital content, and storytelling.
Creative mindset with a bias for execution and learning.
Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced startup environment.

📞 Intro Call (30 min)
A first conversation with one of our founders to get to know each other, understand your motivations, and share more about Coachello’s mission and culture.
👥 Second Interview (45 min)
A follow-up conversation with another founder to dive deeper into your experience, your approach to customer success, and how you see yourself growing with us.
🎯 Case Study (1 hour)
You’ll receive a short case study to prepare and present. It’s designed to simulate real-life situations you might face in the role, and to let us see how you think, prioritize, and communicate.
🍽️ Team Lunch (Informal)
A casual lunch with part of the team — to get to know each other better, see if there’s a natural cultural fit, and give you a feel for the Coachello vibe.
