🎯 Your mission

We’re looking for a Growth / Go-to-Market Intern to help us build and scale an intent-based outbound strategy. You’ll work directly with the founders and the sales team to generate new business opportunities and improve our GTM playbook.

Your job: connect the dots between data, automation, and messaging to reach the right people with the right message—at the right time.


🚀 What you’ll do

  • Identify high-potential leads using tools like Sales Navigator, Apollo, or Slintel

  • Monitor buying intent signals and enrich CRM data accordingly

  • Launch outbound campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and other channels

  • A/B test messages, track performance, and iterate based on results

  • Support the sales team with account research and personalized outreach

  • Create workflows and automations using tools like n8n, Zapier, or PhantomBuster

  • Help document and scale our GTM processes and best practices



Profil recherché

🧩 What we’re looking for

  • You’re curious, proactive, and have a growth mindset

  • You’re passionate about startups, B2B SaaS, and/or the future of work

  • You master automation tools like n8n (must-have), and ideally Apollo, HubSpot, PhantomBuster, or Lemlist

  • You’re data-driven and comfortable with spreadsheets, CRM, and performance dashboards

  • You write clearly and convincingly (French and English are a big plus)

  • You want to learn fast, take ownership, and have a direct impact on growth

Déroulement des entretiens

  • 📞 Intro Call (30 min) — with one of our founders

  • 👥 Second Interview (45 min) — with another founder

  • 🎯 Practical Case — short assignment to showcase how you think and communicate

  • 🍽️ Team Lunch (informal) — casual conversation to check mutual fit and vibe

  • 🎉 Offer & References — if it’s a match, we move fast!
