We’re looking for a Growth / Go-to-Market Intern to help us build and scale an intent-based outbound strategy. You’ll work directly with the founders and the sales team to generate new business opportunities and improve our GTM playbook.
Your job: connect the dots between data, automation, and messaging to reach the right people with the right message—at the right time.
Identify high-potential leads using tools like Sales Navigator, Apollo, or Slintel
Monitor buying intent signals and enrich CRM data accordingly
Launch outbound campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and other channels
A/B test messages, track performance, and iterate based on results
Support the sales team with account research and personalized outreach
Create workflows and automations using tools like n8n, Zapier, or PhantomBuster
Help document and scale our GTM processes and best practices
You’re curious, proactive, and have a growth mindset
You’re passionate about startups, B2B SaaS, and/or the future of work
You master automation tools like n8n (must-have), and ideally Apollo, HubSpot, PhantomBuster, or Lemlist
You’re data-driven and comfortable with spreadsheets, CRM, and performance dashboards
You write clearly and convincingly (French and English are a big plus)
You want to learn fast, take ownership, and have a direct impact on growth
Hands-on experience building a GTM engine in a fast-growing startup
