The IT Support Role at Primo

As an IT Support Technician, you will play a key role in delivering an outstanding experience to our clients.

You’ll work across a wide variety of topics, with strong operational and strategic impact.

Remote Technical Support

  • Provide fast and efficient remote IT support

  • Resolve day-to-day technical issues for users

MDM Management

  • Administer and monitor mobile device management (MDM) tools

  • Ensure device compliance and security standards

Customer Support & Experience

  • Understand client needs and continuously improve their experience

  • Communicate effectively across different support channels

Application Deployment

  • Oversee automatic application deployment

  • Ensure proper device configuration for users

Continuous Improvement

  • Improve FAQs and internal knowledge base

  • Help structure scalable support processes


Profil recherché

  • You are proactive and enjoy solving complex problems

  • You have strong expertise in Google Workspace administration and MDM systems

  • You can manage multiple tasks while maintaining high quality

  • You communicate clearly, especially in remote support contexts

  • English proficiency is a plus (but not mandatory)
