The IT Support Role at Primo
As an IT Support Technician, you will play a key role in delivering an outstanding experience to our clients.
You’ll work across a wide variety of topics, with strong operational and strategic impact.
Provide fast and efficient remote IT support
Resolve day-to-day technical issues for users
Administer and monitor mobile device management (MDM) tools
Ensure device compliance and security standards
Understand client needs and continuously improve their experience
Communicate effectively across different support channels
Oversee automatic application deployment
Ensure proper device configuration for users
Improve FAQs and internal knowledge base
Help structure scalable support processes
You are proactive and enjoy solving complex problems
You have strong expertise in Google Workspace administration and MDM systems
You can manage multiple tasks while maintaining high quality
You communicate clearly, especially in remote support contexts
English proficiency is a plus (but not mandatory)
