💪Team :

In Click&Boat, there are 3 main operational teams: 

  • Supply: which deals with boat owners and make sure the boats available on our platform generate revenues with the highest quality of service. 

  • Sales: which deals with tenants and supports them all along a booking process, from quotations to closing the deal. 

  • Customer Care: which represents the point of contact for our customers after a booking is closed by the Sales team (before, during and after the trip), and makes the link between boat owners and tenants (booking modification or cancellation, insurance or accident issues, etc).

In the frame of your internship, you will join the Supply team of Click&Boat, a business unit composed of an average of 25 people and divided into markets (France, Italy, Spain & Latam, South-East Europe, and New Markets).  

As part of your missions, you will join the Italian team managed by Francesco, Head of Account Management - Italy and Greece, and composed of 3 Account Managers (Christian, Martin and Francesca, and 1 Assistant Account Manager (Luca), all working on the Italian market.

You will also work daily with the other business units of Click&Boat, especially with the Italian Sales, Customer Care, and Marketing teams, to ensure consistency and efficiency in market-related activities.

🚀 Missions:

In the frame of Click&Boat’s high season, we are looking for a second Assistant Account Manager to support the Italian Supply team in providing a high-quality service to partners (private and professional boat owners).

With the guidance of Francesco (who will be your direct manager), you will perform the following tasks: 

1) Onboarding new partners (60%)

  • You will be in charge of onboarding new partners in the Italian market who register on Click&Boat, and assist them throughout the creation of their boat listings (ad, pictures, etc.) as well as showing them how the platform works. 

  • The accounts you onboard will be part of your portfolio, the business performances of which you will monitor and be responsible for.

2) Account Management (40%)

  • You will be in charge of developing the commercial relationships with our partners in the Italian market and you will closely follow the booking process, ultimately helping our partners to maximize the potential of their accounts (by updating the ads and ensuring that the calendars are up to date, for instance) and enhance their engagement with the platform (answering their questions and doubts related to its use).

You will handle all onboardings on the phone and will then follow-up with the partners via email or messages. 

Your objective will be to improve the quality and performance of Click&Boat owners accounts in Italy.

Profil recherché

  • Being able to communicate with customers, you master both Italian (native) and English (bilingual or fluent level);

  •  You have ideally a first experience (internship or student / summer job) in a customer facing role;

  • Dynamic and at ease on the phone, you are an excellent commercial;

  • You have an entrepreneurial mindset, and are ready to join Click&Boat adventure, being proactive and being involved in global project;

  • If you’re interested in Click&Boat product, and in the boating industry it’s of course a plus.
