SQALA, a subsidiary of CLASQUIN group, is looking for a 4PL Team Lead based in Casablanca, Morocco.
Your missions will be:
Team management & reporting
Coordinate and support daily operations of the team
Ensure compliance with SOPs and promote continuous improvement
Be the main contact point for escalations and complex cases
Monitor KPIs and communicate performance insights
Facilitate communication, coaching, and knowledge sharing within the team
Collaborate with IT and clients to optimize processes
Support activities
Processing of requests in compliance with quality standards and deadlines
Contribution to the implementation of the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
Strict adherence to the SOP
Level 1 support
Communicate with suppliers to correct anomalies
Support PO portfolio monitoring and report issues
Contribute to continuous improvement initiative
Requirements for this permanent contract:
1–2 years of experience as a Team Lead within an operational support team (IT, logistics, or customer service)
Experience in logistics, operations, or administrative support is an advantage
Good communication and organizational skills
Fluent in English and French
