Finance Officer- Stage pré-embauche (H/F)

Join Citalid as a Finance Officer in a pre-employment stage. Work closely with the Finance team and Citalidians on daily tasks, liaise with the accounting firm, oversee expenses, invoicing, and cash collection, and participate in budgeting and cash-flow analysis. You will also help improve the Finance team's tools and processes. A degree in accounting and fluency in English and French are required.

Missions clés

Collaborer avec l'équipe financière et les Citalidians au quotidien, et assurer la liaison avec le cabinet comptable.

Surveiller les dépenses, la facturation et la collecte des paiements, et participer aux clôtures mensuelles et aux rapports statutaires.

Participer à l'élaboration des budgets de Citalid ainsi qu'à l'analyse des flux de trésorerie et aux prévisions.

Descriptif du poste

  • You’ll work altogether with our Finance team and Citalidians on a day-to-day basis

  • You’ll liaise with our accounting firm

  • You’ll overview expenses, invoicing and cash collection

  • You’ll work on monthly closings & statutory reportings

  • You’ll participate in Citalid budgets as well as cash-flow analysis & forecasts

  • You’ll help providing top quality reporting packages for the Exec Committee & Board of Directors

  • You’ll support us in setting-up processes and rolling them out

  • You’ll constantly help improving Citalid Finance team’s tools & processes

Profil recherché

  • You will graduate from University or Business School. A degree in accounting (DSCG, CCA or equivalent) would be a plus

  • You speak English and French fluently

  • You understand Financial Statements and you show analytical skills

  • You are proficient in Excel and Powerpoint

  • You’ve got excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • You want to evolve in a dynamic environment where you’ll have a direct impact
