Le poste

Descriptif du poste

For over ten years, Chargemap has worked to simplify electric vehicle charging. As a leading player in France, we support millions of drivers and businesses with reliable, accessible solutions built for everyday use.

Our products cover the entire user and customer journey:

  • a free mobile app widely used across Europe;

  • the Chargemap Pass, offering access to a vast network of charging stations;

  • a comprehensive B2B platform for managing employee charging;

  • tools for charging networks to monitor performance and enhance service quality.

Based in Strasbourg, we’re a team of over 100 people who believe electric mobility is essential to the energy transition. We’re growing with ambition, responsibility, and sustainability at our core.

As part of our ambition to accelerate our international growth, we are looking for a Country Manager for Spain and Portugal.

You will join our newly created International Expansion Team, working closely with Justine, our Head of International Expansion. She leads the Group’s expansion strategy and will support you in building and executing the Belgium/Luxembourg roadmap.

Reporting to Justine, your mission will be to:

Co-build, structure and lead the B2C and B2B strategy

  • Define, with Justine, the vision, priorities, and objectives tailored to the Spanish and Portuguese markets, with the goal of establishing a strong and sustainable presence in both countries.

  • Drive the adoption of the Chargemap app and the Chargemap Pass among electric vehicle drivers, taking into account local usage patterns, user expectations, and the factors that either enable or hinder adoption.

    • Identify the most relevant growth levers to boost B2C usage, such as launch initiatives, local partnerships, community ambassadors, or targeted campaigns.
  • Structure the growth of our B2B solutions by analysing the maturity of companies and fleet managers, existing charging practices, and charging station supervision needs.

  • Adapt our offerings to local specificities and build a clear, coherent roadmap positioning Chargemap as a key player in Spain and Portugal.

Roll out the go-to-market strategy and drive market performance

  • Turn strategy into concrete actions that drive engagement, increase product usage, and generate growth, by working closely with internal teams that contribute to our user and customer experience.

  • On the B2C side, collaborate with Marketing to activate local campaigns, with Customer Success to ensure smooth onboarding, and with Product and Tech teams to tailor features to market needs. Your objective is to foster the adoption and long-term usage of the app and the Chargemap Pass.

  • On the B2B side, collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams on lead generation and qualification, with the Customer Success team to ensure adoption and customer satisfaction, and with Product, Tech and the B2B Operations to ensure seamless charging station supervision.

  • As P&L owner, you will monitor performance, analyse results, and identify trends to drive informed decision-making. You will deliver practical solutions and ensure their effective implementation to maximize impact.

Build the local ecosystem, drive market requirements and scale the organisation

  • Establish Chargemap within the Spanish and Portuguese local ecosystem and build a strong network:

    • Develop long-term relationships with key market players, such as EV charging networks, partners, specialised media, driver associations, installers and service providers.

    • Represent Chargemap on the ground and promote our vision of simple, reliable, and accessible charging for everyone.

  • Identify market requirements (app & SaaS features, service quality, availability, supervision, fleet management, etc.), and translate them into product priorities in collaboration with the Product and Tech teams, for both B2C and B2B solutions.

  • Assess the resources required to support growth, and contribute to shaping the future local organisation - whether through partnerships, local structures, or dedicated teams.

These responsibilities are not fixed and may evolve based on needs and your interests.

The compensation package consists of a base salary, a variable component, and a company car.

Joining us also means access to:

  • Training on the electric mobility environment (vehicles, charging stations, ecosystem, etc.);

  • An electric company car is provided for business travel within the region, with charging costs fully covered.

  • A professional phone and a MacBook Air ;

  • A flexible environment where your creativity can fully flourish;

  • Incentives to switch to an electric vehicle (Chargemap & Mister EV products, company electric vehicle at €1/day).
