Your missions:
Coordinate between the ChangeNOW teams on media insertions, newsletters, and social media content.
Ensure all insertions are validated with our internal team and delivered smoothly to our media partners.
Assist with interview scheduling and content capture before and during the Summit.
Update communication kits, including refreshed wording, visuals, and banners.
Support community management alongside our team (social media monitoring, posting, and engagement).
Help the PR team with thematic briefs.
Coordinate with our tool, Memento for all photo and video content captured during the Summit.
Assist in the influencer strategy and coordination: identifying and engaging relevant sustainability and impact influencers, managing invitations, and tracking collaborations before and during the event.
Strong interest in sustainability, media, and communications.
The Summit will take place on March 30, 31 and April 1st, and you’ll need to be available on and around those dates.
Excellent organization skills and attention to detail.
Comfortable juggling multiple projects and working across teams.
Fluent in English and French (both spoken and written).
Bonus: experience with social media, PR, or influencer marketing.
