What you will do
- Create and deliver a training program for new customer onboarding as well as existing customers.
- Resource for clinically related support cases to provide top-tier customer service
- Collaborate with Customer Success for any sensitive conversations that arise during the Run/Perform phases
- Provide internal training as the resident clinical expert across all functional areas.
Job requirements
- Speak/write French and English fluently
- 1-3 years experience in Cardiology, especially with reading ECGs. In a clinical setting as a practitioner or supporting practitioners
- 1-2 years of previous experience in software or customer-facing settings is a plus
- Bachelor´s Degree in Engineering, Life-science or another relevant degree, practical experience (ICU, Cathlab, other hospital settings) or MBA a plus
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for working directly with customers
- Ability to manage multiple threads of work, stay organized and keep deadlines
- Strong computer skills, including familiarity with technology infrastructure
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional environment
- Experience working in a global business context and international environment
- Ability to travel/drive
