Our platform is used by hundreds of corporate and investment customers to compute their GHG emissions and define their decarbonization roadmap. It’s a web application that makes the work of Carbometrix’s climate consultants more efficient and impactful for our clients.

As the 4th engineer in the team, you will:

• Work on all parts of the stack (TypeScript, React, Tailwind, tRPC, Prisma, Postgres, GCP).

• Shape the product: Participate in defining specifications, propose solutions, weigh trade-offs, and take initiatives.

• Collaborate with our climate consultants (they sit right next to you!).

• Work with an evolving roadmap that adapts to market needs and new challenges.

• Work remotely (if you’d like to) 1 day a week during probation period and 2 days a week afterwards.

• Interest in sustainability issues and the transition to a low carbon economy

• Good knowledge of web development (HTTP, JS, HTML, CSS, SQL) and TS

• Experience with parts of the stack (currently React, Tailwind, tRPC, Prisma, Postgres, GCP) is appreciated

• At least 2 years of experience as a software engineer - we are open to a wide range of seniority and experience

• Experience with strongly typed or functional languages is appreciated

• Fluent in French, conversational in English, written and spoken
