Concrètement, on fournit aux centres d’appels des agents conversationnels vocaux (“voicebots”) capables de traiter de façon autonome les appels simples et répétitifs.

Grâce à son intelligence artificielle conversationnelle, la solution CallDesk permet à l’interlocuteur de dialoguer en langage naturel comme il le ferait avec un conseiller client. Cette automatisation permet aux agents de se concentrer sur les tâches à forte valeur ajoutée et ainsi délivrer une expérience client exceptionnelle.

Job description

CallDesk rethinks the way customer service can deliver happiness to their clients. We offer an artificial intelligence voicebot that handles almost any repetitive calls in call centers and let human agents focus on high value interactions with the customers.

Our Story:

CallDesk was co-founded in April 2016 by Vincent Gire and Aimé Dushimire, two serial entrepreneurs. We are already working with major companies like La Poste, MGEN, Bouygues Télécom or SNCF. Our customers use CallDesk to improve their customer service and love our product. We have raised €2.9M with some of Europe’s most experienced VC funds in customer service and SaaS solutions (PointNine Capital and EQT Ventures). We are now a team of 10 talented and ambitious people, excelling at execution and most of all passionate about delivering the final customers the best experience they have ever known.

Your mission:

As part of its growing activities, calldesk is looking to enforce its callbuster team. You will play a key role in shaping the core foundations of our product and building innovative features in close cooperation with the product team, customer success manager and tech leader (squad master).

  • Analyze and improve efficiency, scalability, and stability of the platform (including monitoring, continuous integration)
  • Provide architecture, services, tools and guidelines to build an efficient serverless based platform.
  • Design, document and develop tools to automate back-office process and low-value tasks management.
  • Support voicebots integration for clients with specific needs.
  • Techno used: Nodejs, Serverless, Python, NoSQL, Docker

Preferred experience

Requirements:

  • Distributed systems/architecture knowledge and experience with multi-tiered mission-critical systems
  • Strong programming capabilities in the following languages: Nodejs
  • Experience NoSQL databases.
  • Experience with continuous integration, continuous deployment testing and automation tools
  • Required concept of code quality (complexity, styling, unit testing, functional testing)
  • Required knowledge in concept of Service Oriented Architecture and building applications over HTTP protocol.
  • Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks
  • Demonstrated expertise in problem-solving and technical innovation
  • Strong communication skills - able to work effectively with technical and non-technical teammates
  • Strong level of written/verbal English
  • 3 to 5 years of professional experience

Pluses:

  • Experience with Docker is a plus
  • Experience with AI and Natural Language Understanding is a plus
  • Experience in the audio/telephony industry is a plus
