By integrating the People team, you will drive the full cycle recruitment at Cafeyn Group. You will take care of talent acquisition in 4 countries (FR, UK, NL, CA) and for 3 brands (Cafeyn, miLibris & Blendle), with the support of our local HR manager in Morocco.
Hiring various profiles (Sales, Product, Tech, Marketing, Data…) across our teams
Define the job description and score card with the hiring manager and support them through the hiring process
Own the recruitment process from start to finish using our international ATS (Teamtailor) and other platforms
Hunting, sourcing, selecting and qualifying the best talents
Guarantee a positive candidate experience and follow up of the process between the candidate and management team
Closing candidates and handle onboarding of the new Cafeyners until the end of their probationary period
Evangelize TA’s best practice at Cafeyn and train teams
Communicate internally and externally about our open positions and promote Cafeyn
3 to 5 years experience in a similar role
Thinking out of the box skills to find the best profile
Experience in an international environment
Fluent in English and French
International proven track record with recruitment
Experience with ATS, Teamtailor would be a plus
