Your responsibilities

By integrating the People team, you will drive the full cycle recruitment at Cafeyn Group. You will take care of talent acquisition in 4 countries (FR, UK, NL, CA) and for 3 brands (Cafeyn, miLibris & Blendle), with the support of our local HR manager in Morocco.

Your mission as our Talent Acquisition Manager
  • Hiring various profiles (Sales, Product, Tech, Marketing, Data…) across our teams

  • Define the job description and score card with the hiring manager and support them through the hiring process

  • Own the recruitment process from start to finish using our international ATS (Teamtailor) and other platforms

  • Hunting, sourcing, selecting and qualifying the best talents

  • Guarantee a positive candidate experience and follow up of the process between the candidate and management team

  • Closing candidates and handle onboarding of the new Cafeyners until the end of their probationary period

  • Evangelize TA’s best practice at Cafeyn and train teams

  • Communicate internally and externally about our open positions and promote Cafeyn


Who are we looking for?

You are at the right place if you have
  • 3 to 5 years experience in a similar role

  • Thinking out of the box skills to find the best profile

  • Experience in an international environment

  • Fluent in English and French

  • International proven track record with recruitment

  • Experience with ATS, Teamtailor would be a plus
