ABOUT THE JOB

We’re looking for an International CRM Assistant to work closely with our CRM Campaign Manager and support the wider E-commerce & CRM team. This role will allow you to work on CRM activations, client analysis, and targeting. By the end of this internship, you will have learned and developed CRM understanding, marketing automation know-how, luxury industry standards, and coordination skills.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

CRM projects:
Work with local and central teams to define and deliver the most relevant activation calendar for each market.
Personalize content and targeting based on each campaign’s objectives. 
Learn about marketing automation strategy and tools.
Assist the team on various loyalty and client experience projects.

CRM activation calendar:
Support in adapting the most relevant CRM activation calendar for each market in coordination with central and local teams.
Lead campaign execution from brief to delivery in coordination with marketing teams.
Support local markets in developing specific activations (US, Europe, Japan, China).

Marketing automation:
Learn how to use our marketing automation tool to implement campaigns.
Create client segments in line with each campaign objective and global targeting strategy by avoiding commercial pressure.
Participate in performance analysis on a weekly basis, providing insights and strong recommendations to all stakeholders to improve campaigns results.

Transversal:
Participate in implementing and improving our client lifecycle programs.
Participate in transversal projects involving client and loyalty topics.
Conduct competition benchmarks in order to challenge our campaigns.

Communication/ Marketing team.
E-commerce/E-merchandising team.
Retail teams.


Profil recherché

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR IN OUR NEXT TEAM MEMBER

You have strong interpersonal skills and ease of communication.
You are proactive and curious, with a can-do attitude.
You have the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects’ time wisely in a fast-paced environment.
You are rigorous, detail-oriented, and willing to work on numerous analyses.
You have a high affinity to luxury and beauty industry, this is a strong plus.
 
WHAT WE EXPECT YOU TO BRING TO BYREDO
 
You are a Bachelor/Master’s student in a Business and/or Engineering school looking for a gap-year or end-of-study internship.
You can provide an internship agreement from your school/university.
You have a first experience in Digital and/or CRM preferred.
You are MS Office proficient.
You are fluent in English, and French would be a plus!
