We’re looking for a Global Retail Operations Assistant who will be part of our global team and will be partnering with our Retail Operations Manager. In this role, you will be an integral part of the development and deployment of strategic projects which are important to strengthen and fuel the growth of our retail network. You will be exposed to and cooperate with the respective headquarter functions and the regions across Europe, America, Asia Pacific and China.  

By the end of your internship, you will have experienced a rich journey within a dynamic, fast-growing and one-of-a-kind brand and company, and will have been at the heart of its client-centric strategy. You will have developed a solid sense of rigor, analytical skills and operating in an international context with cultural differences. 


Clienteling project
Be the referent for the continuous development of the clienteling application, maintaining its master data and liaising with the users on new releases and also serve as a technical support.
Enhance and maintain the quality of retail worldwide database (Work with the markets to have the have it always updated and complete).
Work closely with our IT department on all aspects and interfaces for the end users.
Participate with the global operations managers on the test on all new functions releases.
Develop and conduct training materials on all the new features developed.

Retail operations support 
Animate the retail network by implementing a monthly newsletter for the markets with all updates from the department.
Be in charge of the organization of all events within the department (monthly video meetings with the store managers, seminars and Annual contests).
Work closely with the IT department to assure all the tools deployed for the markets are running smoothly (dashboards maintenance, Phones app..).
Support on the update of the store locator and google publications.
Manage and update the real estate development and project advancement reporting.
Contribute to the consistent evolution of the retail handbook.
Monitor and report on periodic store stock-takes.

Profil recherché


You are both business and details-oriented with excellent communication skills. 
You have an interest for Digital and e-commerce and are passionate about the luxury and/or beauty industry. 
Your interpersonal and analytical skills, along with a solid sense of rigor, will pave the road to success in this job. 
You would say you are enthusiast, curious, proactive and able to adapt easily to any situation.
Positive attitude and a good sense of humour are a must within our team.


You are a Master student in a Business School, looking for an internship starting in July 2024, for 6 months. 
You can provide an internship agreement from your school/university you will graduate from. 
You are fluent in French and English. Spanish is a plus.
You ideally have experience in sales within retail in the Luxury and/or Beauty industry. 
You are proficient in Microsoft Office (with solid bases in Microsoft Excel).
