Join our team as a CRM Lead, acting as the strategic bridge between technical execution and business vision. In this pivotal role, you will manage and optimize large-scale customer lifecycle and retention programs, ensuring that data-driven strategies translate into high-impact operational results.


Profil recherché

CRM Lead – Client Management

  • As a CRM Lead, you build and maintain strong client relationships based on trust and transparency.

  • You understand your clients’ business challenges and their customers’ expectations, and translate these into actionable customer experience strategies and concrete operational plans.

  • You lead the execution, monitoring, and optimization of CRM strategies, using clear communication tools (PowerPoint, Google Slides, Figma, etc.).

  • You are an effective communicator, able to stay calm under pressure and simplify complex topics.

  • Drawing on your experience and curiosity, you continuously test, implement, and leverage market insights, research, and data to refine recommendations and daily actions.

  • Always one step ahead, you connect topics, identify creative opportunities, and act quickly to achieve client objectives.

    Collaboration with Project Teams

  • You qualify each client request in close collaboration with the Project Manager and Account Lead.

  • As CRM Lead, you are responsible for recommendations and deliverables.

  • You support the Project Manager with scoping, budgeting, planning, and, of course, the execution of projects.

  • You define client and internal KPIs and monitor them in real time.

  • You ensure the quality and consistency of CRM deliverables in line with agency standards, with direct involvement in their production.

    Integration within the Marketing Team

  • You build and maintain strong collaborative relationships within the team, leading by example through your daily involvement.

  • You are an active contributor and ambassador, strengthening team spirit and continuously improving CRM operations.

  • You share best practices, insights, and feedback during team meetings and through hands-on sessions.

Requirements

  • Experience: 5+ years in CRM or Digital Strategy

  • Technical: Expert knowledge of Adobe Campaign : workflows, delivery, and data analysis.

  • Skills: Strong project management and analytical mindset.

  • Languages: Fluency in French and English is a must.
