  • François Oudot (ex-Alan, Sigfox, Supélec) and François Paradis (ex-Vinci Energies, Ponts et Chaussées) founded Bump in 2020 with the aim of making it a European leader in charging solutions.

  • Bump is funded by DIF Capital Partners - an infrastructure investment fund with €14 billion in assets under management and plans to invest €180M (i.e. 25,000 chargers) by 2030.

General Manager, Italy

After successfully launching and becoming a leader in the French market in only 2 years, Bump is now expanding to Italy. As General Manager, Italy, you will pioneer a proven solution in a fast-growing market and be a key player in making Bump a future European leader.

Supported by Bump’s French-based team (already 50 people including CTO, CFO, COO and quickly growing) and Board and working directly with Bump’s CEO (François Oudot), your mission will be to build and grow Bump Italy.

Your responsibilities will be:

  • Define the company go to market strategy

  • Participate in the Italian board meetings

  • Build the sales pipeline of chargers to roll out

  • Define the sales strategy

  • Hire and manage the sales team

  • Create strong long term relationships with the customers

  • Build local relationships with suppliers and service providers such as installers and maintainers

  • Hire the key management team in Italy (sales & operations)

  • Build a strong company culture that reflects Bump’s values, while being relevant to Italian context

  • Be the voice of Bump in Italy

  • Communication in events

  • Press Relations

  • Communicate market feedback to French-based engineering & product teams


Profil recherché

We are looking for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset and excellent sales skills who has an aptitude for technical products and a deep desire to solve climate change.

  • Strong sales skills (proven experience in B2B network sales in the Italian market)

  • Experience in a start-up or entrepreneurial environment

  • Experience in eMobility

  • 10 years experience

  • Competitive mindset

  • Likes challenges and stimulating environments

  • Curious and sympathetic
