(6 months internship)

In our Customer Success Team in Barcelona, client satisfaction is our top priority. We’re looking for a dedicated and personable Customer Success Specialist to serve as our main point of contact in the German Market.

Main task :

  • Owner of the onboarding of your accounts and use our CRM tool to manage your clients and goals

  • Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any updates

  • Act as the first and main point of contact in all matters relating to client concerns, complaints and needs via chat, email or phone

  • Develop a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings to better upsell and cross-sell to clients

  • Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships

  • Be the voice of your clients internally, identify their needs and participate in the creation of new features and business opportunities

  • Collaborate with teams Marketing & Product and Operations to improve internal processes and customer satisfaction


Profil recherché

Languages

  • Fluent in German & English (mandatory)

  • Skills in other languages as Dutch, French and others are a plus

Skills & Values

  • Proactive

  • Customer-driven and highly curious about their needs

  • Ability to multitask and juggle several responsibilities simultaneously

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Good attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Tech-savvy

  • Good excel level is a plus

  • Team spirit

Previous experiences

  • Internship or professional experience as Account Manager/Customer Success

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas and receiving positive customer feedback

  • Proficiency with common customer success and customer relationships management software, such as Intercom and Hubspot
