In our Customer Success Team in Barcelona, client satisfaction is our top priority. We’re looking for a dedicated and personable Customer Success Specialist to serve as our main point of contact in the German Market.
Main task :
Owner of the onboarding of your accounts and use our CRM tool to manage your clients and goals
Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any updates
Act as the first and main point of contact in all matters relating to client concerns, complaints and needs via chat, email or phone
Develop a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings to better upsell and cross-sell to clients
Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships
Be the voice of your clients internally, identify their needs and participate in the creation of new features and business opportunities
Collaborate with teams Marketing & Product and Operations to improve internal processes and customer satisfaction
Languages
Fluent in German & English (mandatory)
Skills in other languages as Dutch, French and others are a plus

Previous experiences
Internship or professional experience as Account Manager/Customer Success
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas and receiving positive customer feedback
Proficiency with common customer success and customer relationships management software, such as Intercom and Hubspot
