    From this statement, Florent Malbranche and Jean Lebrument, have founded Brigad in 2016, a mission-driven company. Brigad is an app/website that enables self-employed professionals and businesses in Hospitality and Healthcare to connect for flexible missions.

    Convertir les plus grands groupes de la restauration en utilisateurs Brigad. Pour cela, tu identifieras des sponsors au sein des sièges de ces groupes et tu feras en sorte qu’ils fassent la promotion de Brigad auprès des équipes opérationnelles sur site.

    Tu gèreras le cycle de vente auprès des sièges de A à Z, de la chasse au closing.

    Tes responsabilités

  • Réaliser des mappings et établir des stratégies de chasse spécifiques à chaque groupe
  • Construire de solides relations avec les décisionnaires (DG, DRH, Direction de l’Innovation…) et en faire des sponsors de Brigad
  • Échanger avec tous les interlocuteurs qui permettront de faire de Brigad un partenaire officiel (Achats, Finance, Juridique…)
  • Pour arriver à tes fins, tu pourras être amené(e) à contacter des interlocuteurs opérationnels (directeurs régionaux, directeurs opérationnels…) pour comprendre leurs problématiques RH et susciter leur intérêt 
  • Lancer des pilotes et mettre en place d’ambitieux plans de déploiement avec les décisionnaires et les opérationnels pour faire grandir rapidement le partenariat
  • Faire la transition avec les AM qui auront en charge la relation avec le compte et le déploiement de Brigad dans la durée
  • Travailler avec les équipes Marketing, Produit, CX et Finance de Brigad pour assurer le succès des partenariats, et leur transmettant les feedbacks des utilisateurs
  • Si tu as...

  • Une expérience de 3-5 ans en Sales / Business Development 
  • Une motivation sans faille à atteindre et dépasser tes objectifs
  • Une (ou plusieurs) expériences réussies sur la chasse de groupes, demandant la gestion d’un cycle de vente complexe (avec plusieurs décisionnaires sur des fonctions “siège”)
  • Une excellente capacité à communiquer (écrit et oral) avec des interlocuteurs high-level (L-level, DG, DRH…)
  • La capacité de gérer des cycles de vente complexes de manière autonome (entrer en contact avec les décisionnaires, scrupuleusement préparer des rendez-vous stratégiques, driver des rendez-vous avec des interlocuteurs high level, mettre en place des pilotes, collaborer avec d’autres équipes Brigad si nécessaire…)
  • La capacité de rendre des rapports d’activité clairs et complets à ton manager
  • Le français natif est indispensable, un bon niveau d’anglais est également requis
