Reporting to Charles, CEO of Bodyguard, we are recruiting a Team Manager for Bodyguard.ai linguistic team. The team includes 8 full-time employees in Nice, Paris and Marseille.

Your mission will be to manage, structure and grow our NLP department.

Key missions & responsibilities        

• Structure and grow our linguistic department
• Direct management of 8 people from 8 different nationalities
• Regular project management, team monitoring and individual coaching
• Manage and animate the team in order to ensure collective performance
• Develop new managerial practices and explore agile ways of working with each other
• Support professional development on various topics such as content creation
• Develop a strong sense of collaboration and belonging in the team
