We’re looking for a CTO hands-on to join our 9-person team (including 2 developers, 1 product manager, and 1 lead designer).
You’ll take ownership of our technical foundations, organize and lead the dev team, and ensure product stability and quality while making sure our architecture and code base follows the business goals.
We’re looking for either a hands-on CTO or a Technical Team Lead ready to grow into a CTO role in the coming months or years.
We’re looking for someone deeply involved, who wants responsibilities, impact, and to work closely with the CEO on strategic and product decisions.
Fluent English is required, it’s our working language across all teams.
Own the stability and the delivery of the product.
Ensure pragmatic technical and architecture choices, aligned with short and long term company goals.
Participate in the development of the new product (features, complex tasks) and the two otherpri existing softwares.
Collaborate with the Product Manager:
Write the technical requirements/specs for each sprint
Help with estimation and task assignment
Contribute to prioritization, balancing short-term delivery with long-term stability
Set and enforce safeguards: automated tests, code reviews, staging environment, monitoring.
Diagnose issues with rigor, get to the root cause of bugs.
Set up and improve processes: documentation, PR review flows, testing strategy, deployment rules, monitoring and logging practices.
Manage and mentor the team of 2 developers (and work closely with our AI engineer)
Build and maintain a culture of quality in the team.
Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical teammates (CEO, PM, Lead designer).
Propose refactors when necessary and justified.

At least five years of experience
Prior experience has a technical team lead or CTO, in a startup and SaaS industry.
Knows how to prioritize your tasks.
Stays calm under pressure and brings clarity when things break
Pragmatic and humble.
Understand business aspects.
Able to balance speed with quality: shipping fast, but not at the expense of stability.
Curious, motivated, and looks for meaningful challenges.
