About the role 👋

Bitstack is looking for a Mobile User Acquisition Manager to lead and scale our user acquisition strategy across digital channels. You’ll join a lean, fast-growing team and work directly with the CMO to accelerate user growth in France and new European markets.

We’re a mobile-first company, and you’ll be responsible for driving high-quality mobile installs and optimizing our full acquisition funnel from ads to app conversion.

What you’ll do

  • Own and execute Bitstack’s paid user acquisition strategy across channels: Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, Apple Ads, etc.

  • Manage and optimize large-scale mobile campaigns focused on app installs and quality user acquisition

  • Analyze and improve CAC, ROAS, LTV and retention performance per audience segment and country

  • Set up and run A/B tests on creatives, ad copy, targeting, and landing experiences

  • Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad assets

  • Work closely with product and data teams to optimize acquisition funnels and in-app onboarding

  • Build dashboards and monitor campaign performance with clear KPIs

  • Leverage Adjust (our MMP) to track attribution, cohort data, and optimize cross-channel efficiency

  • Stay up to date with best practices in mobile marketing, ad platforms, and growth frameworks

Profil recherché

Skills we are excited about ⭐

We’re looking for someone with strong performance marketing skills, a mobile-first growth mindset, and a passion for building in a fast-moving, mission-driven environment.

  • 3+ years of experience in mobile user acquisition

  • Proven track record running and optimizing campaigns for mobile apps

  • Experience scaling mobile apps across multiple markets

  • Hands-on experience with Adjust or another MMP (e.g., AppsFlyer, Branch)

  • Proficiency in tracking and optimizing KPIs: CAC, LTV, retention, ROAS

  • Fluent in French and comfortable working in English (written & spoken)

  • Data-driven and analytical; comfortable working with dashboards and attribution tools

  • Experience working cross-functionally with product, design, and analytics teams

Bonus points 📈

  • You’ve worked in a fintech, neobank, or investment app

  • You have experience with App Store Optimization (ASO) and creative testing for mobile UA

  • You’re passionate about Bitcoin, personal finance or financial inclusion

  • You’ve set up your own UA tech stack

  • You have experience with UGC/influencer campaigns
