About the Role 👋
As a Social Media & Community Manager, you will be the voice of Bitstack on social media and at the heart of our community in France and Europe.
You will play a crucial role in growing our online presence and engaging our audience across various platforms, including X, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, Threads, Discord, and Telegram.
You’ll work closely with our Video Content Manager, responsible for producing video content, and you’ll help us scale our social media presence from France to Europe, by developing both French and English content strategies.
Key Responsibilities 🌟
Manage Social Media
Develop, plan, and execute a consistent content strategy to boost Bitstack’s awareness, acquire new users, and educate the community on Bitcoin topics in France and Europe.
Handle our French accounts while preparing the launch of dedicated English accounts for our European expansion.
Monitor trends and new developments to propose engaging and innovative content.
Create Attractive Content
Create and collaborate on producing engaging content (posts, carousels, stories, Reels, TikToks…) relevant to Bitcoin news, products, memes, polls, contests, Q&As, educational content, and company life.
Partner with the Video Content Manager to develop ideas for engaging videos.
Adapt content and tone depending on language (FR vs EN) and cultural nuances.
Animate and Develop the Community
Spark discussions and encourage interaction within the community.
Respond promptly and effectively to comments, private messages, and user inquiries.
Represent Bitstack positively by participating in online discussions to increase brand visibility.
Monitor and respond to reviews on the App Store, Google Play, Trustpilot, and other rating platforms.
Analyze and Optimize Performance
Track platform KPIs (engagement, community growth, conversions…).
Analyze competitor actions and identify opportunities to strengthen our online presence in France and Europe.

We’re Looking For
2+ years of experience as a Social Media & Community Manager.
Deep understanding of platform codes and best practices.
Recognized for creativity, trendspotting ability, and content creation skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French, with a strong focus on spelling and grammar.
Professional proficiency in English (written & spoken) – able to manage social content and community engagement.
Autonomous, team-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
