Bitstack is looking for a Brand Manager to lead the development and consistency of our brand across all channels and markets, as we scale from France to Europe.
You’ll be responsible for crafting a strong, trusted, and differentiated brand that connects emotionally with our users, reflects our mission, and supports our growth across both digital and physical touchpoints.
This role sits at the intersection of marketing, design, content, and product, with a strong emphasis on storytelling, positioning, and campaign execution. You’ll work closely with the CMO and collaborate with our creative, video, and content resources to ensure that the brand is consistently expressed across all user journeys.
Own and evolve Bitstack’s brand identity, tone of voice, and visual system
Ensure consistency across all channels: social, paid media, product, web, PR, events, and internal docs
Translate product updates, campaigns, and launches into clear and compelling narratives
Collaborate with creative teams (video, content, design) to develop high-impact brand campaigns
Contribute to the conception and execution of 360° brand campaigns (online and offline: TV, OOH, influencer, etc.)
Manage the brand asset library, design guidelines, and creative toolkit
Support brand localization and adaptation for different EU markets
Coordinate with external agencies, freelancers, and creators when neede
Monitor brand perception and propose initiatives to reinforce trust, recognition, and distinctiveness
Stay ahead of culture, media, design, and crypto trends to keep Bitstack’s brand fresh and relevant

We’re looking for a creative strategist with a strong eye for design and a track record of building brands people love.
3+ years of experience in brand marketing, creative strategy, or design, ideally in a startup/scale-up or tech environment
Experience developing or evolving a brand identity across multiple touchpoints
Strong storytelling ability: turning product or company milestones into compelling narratives
Great collaboration and project management skills
Familiarity with creative tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe Suite)
Fluent in French and comfortable working in English (fluency in a third language is a big plus)
Excellent attention to detail and a deep sense of brand coherence
You’ve worked in fintech, crypto, or a consumer finance app
You’ve contributed to or led a rebrand, or launched a brand in a new country
You’ve worked with media agencies, PR firms, or on influencer campaigns
You’re passionate about Bitcoin, design culture, or building trust in disruptive products
