Founded in April 2021, Bitstack's mission is to empower people to participate in a more open financial system. Bitstack has gone from a simple product that turns your spare change into bitcoin to a bitcoin-native neobank that is bringing a better way to buy, sell, earn, and spend bitcoin. We’re making Bitcoin simple, fun, and accessible for everyone.

Bitstack is backed by Y Combinator and raised $3M from leading VCs like Founders Future, Goodwater Capital, and Kima Ventures, as well as angels from companies like Ledger, Alan, Swile and more.

After getting registered with the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF) as a Digital Assets Service Provider (DASP) in late 2021 and officially launching on the app stores in July 2022, we've since onboarded over 40,000 people who effortlessly saved more than €10 million in bitcoin

Our goal is to accelerate Bitcoin adoption across Europe and the first step is to build the easiest way to get started with Bitcoin by rounding up your daily purchases and investing the spare change in Bitcoin. Behind the scenes, we're creating an everyday banking experience powered by Bitcoin. This will allow people to leverage both bitcoin the asset, to save in the most scarce asset in the world, and Bitcoin the network, to access instant and low-cost payments all across the world.
