About the role
As part of the Women's Health Global Marketing team, you will ensure the continuity of our global marketing leadership during a 6-month maternity leave replacement (from the end of January, 2026).
Reporting to the Global Director of the Women's Health division, you will play a key role in driving strategic alignment, supporting innovation projects, and empowering local markets to bring impactful initiatives to life.
You'll work cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to strengthen the global footprint and performance of our Women's Health brands.
Your main responsibilities
Lead global marketing strategy execution and ensure alignment across markets.
Contribute to future strategic plans and activation roadmap development.
· Lead, coach, and support the Global Brand Managers, fostering collaboration, sharing expertise, and professional growth.
Support innovation and new product development, bringing consumer and market insights.
Oversee global campaign development in collaboration with creative agencies, and rollouts (transcreation process and performance KPIs monitoring).
Monitor brand performance, share best practices, and coordinate global reporting and competitive intelligence.
Profile
Master's degree in Marketing or equivalent.
10+ years' experience in marketing, ideally in health, dermo-cosmetics or FMCG, with international exposure.
Proven team leadership and strong project management skills.
Solid understanding of scientific and regulatory environments in healthcare.
Fluent in English (spoken & written).
