The Head of Operational Marketing & Execution plays a pivotal leadership role within the Business Management & Support (BM&S) function at Biocodex. This position is responsible for ensuring marketing execution excellence, bridging global strategy and local implementation, and driving category-focused brand performance across all regions.
This role directly oversees the Regional Category Leads (RCLs) - formerly Regional Brand Managers (RBMs) - ensuring category alignment (Microbiota, Women's Health, and Mature Products), best practice sharing, and governance. The Head of Operational Marketing & Execution will work closely with Customer Experience, Marketing, and Medical teams to ensure Biocodex's strategies are rolled out effectively in subsidiaries and partnership markets.

Education & Experience
* Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
* 10+ years of marketing leadership with experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or life sciences industries.
* Proven expertise in global-to-local execution, category/portfolio management, and brand strategy.
* Strong background in operational marketing orchestration.
