ENTER THE GAME 🎮

To support Betclic’s growth, we are looking for a new Senior Safer Gaming Performance Analyst, to join our new Performance team in the Safer Gaming department.

Since its creation, the Safer Gaming department has aimed to provide a protective framework for players to safeguard minors and players who may have a problem with gambling.

The Performance team’s mission is to bring customer protection to the next level, by identifying and working on ways to improve the way we work; either through continuous improvement and small iterations, or through radical, innovative changes!

YOUR ROLE WITHIN BETCLIC 🔥

In this context, your missions are as follows:

  • Analyze and monitor performance by mapping detailed workflows, defining relevant indicators, and building smart tools for dynamic tracking.
  • Identify improvement opportunities and implement action plans to optimize processes, ensuring alignment with environment standards and company objectives.
  • Contribute to strategic planning by translating long-term performance targets into actionable short and mid-term initiatives.
  • Leverage data and analytics to support decision-making: understand and formalize business needs into queries, work comfortably with SQL-based environments (e.g., Snowflake), make data visible and understandable, & collaborate with data teams to extract, analyze, and interpret data for continuous improvement.


WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? 🔍

We are looking for passionate and curious professionals who bring kindness and a touch of enthusiasm!

This job is for you if you have:

  • A Master’s degree from a top engineering or business school (HEC, Essec, ESCP, X, Mines, Centrale, etc.) or from a 1st-tier university (Sciences Po, etc.)
  • Strong analytical skills that you leverage to inform decision-making and strategy formulation
  • Strong appetite for data analytics & data visualization
  • Problem-solver with an obsession for quality and detail
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong customer focus in ever-changing situations with a results orientation
  • An ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including Product, Tech, Operations, Data
  • An ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-changing environment, managing multiple priorities and projects simultaneously and with resilience
  • Full fluency in English and French

WHAT ARE THE RECRUITMENT STEPS? 📝

  • If your application is selected, Elodie will contact you within 2 weeks to conduct an HR prequalification interview (30 minutes). You will be asked to complete the AssessFirst Test, which evaluates your personality, motivations, and reasoning abilities.
  • You will then perform a use case on Data Analytics with Serge, Staff Data Analyst, and have an interview with Antoine, the Performance Manager and your potential future manager
  • You will then have an interview with Nicolas, the Strategic Program Director
  • Elodie will conduct a final HR interview where you will also discuss the results of your AssessFirst Test.

To provide an ideal candidate experience, the Betclic recruitment process typically lasts 4 to 8 weeks
