ENTER THE GAME 🎮

As Poker Integrity Analyst, your main responsibility is to detect, investigate and prevent unfair or fraudulent behavior across all Betclic Poker formats.

You will play a key role in maintaining Betclic Poker’s reputation as one of the safest and most trustworthy platforms, ensuring a fair and transparent experience for all players.

YOUR ROLE WITHIN BETCLIC 🔥

In this role, your main missions will be:

Fraud Detection & Investigation

Analyze, track and monitor suspicious poker activity across Cash Games, Tournaments and Spin & Rush formats.

Investigate and detect:

• Collusion 

• Bots (fully automated or assisted play)

• Money/Chip dumping

• Bonus abuse

• Multi-accounting

Conduct proactive and reactive checks on high-volume players and top winners.

Review flagged hands, gameplay patterns and behavioral anomalies to identify unfair play.

Participate in peer reviews of complex cases and contribute to decisions such as warnings, sanctions or bans.

Player Monitoring & Collaboration :

Profile active players to detect unusual patterns or suspicious activity.

Work closely with Customer Service, Risk & Fraud and Poker teams to resolve integrity-related cases.

Manage a dedicated integrity inbox and handle player reports regarding potential unfair behavior.

Process & Reporting :

Contribute to improving investigation workflows and integrity procedures.

Ensure all fraud cases are handled in accordance with internal guidelines and legal requirements.

Provide regular reporting and feedback to the Integrity Manager and Poker leadership team.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? 🔍

We are looking for passionate and curious professionals who bring integrity, analytical thinking and a deep understanding of poker.

This job is for you if:

• You have very strong knowledge of online poker, especially Texas Hold’em

• You understand poker strategy, ranges and gameplay mechanics at a deep level

• You are able to analyze hands and quickly identify abnormal or suspicious play

• You have an analytical mindset and strong attention to detail 

• You are discreet, trustworthy and comfortable handling sensitive information

• You communicate clearly and work well in a team

• And finally, you speak English fluently

Former or high-volume online poker players are strongly encouraged to apply.

Experience in poker integrity, fraud detection or AML is a plus.

WHAT ARE THE RECRUITMENT STEPS? 📝

If your application is shortlisted, Elliot will contact you within a week for an initial HR screening (30 minutes).

Then, you will meet Jérémy – Poker Integrity Manager

If needed, a practical discussion or case-based exchange may be organized to assess your poker knowledge and analytical reasoning.

The recruitment process usually takes between 3 to 5 weeks to ensure an optimal experience for you.
