As Director of Operations, you will be responsible for global operations. Working in close collaboration with the CEO, your mission will be to:
Oversee and manage Bensoundâs daily operations, ensuring processes run efficiently and consistently.
Collaborate with various teams (Creative, Marketing, Finance, etc.) to ensure the seamless coordination of operational activities.
Manage budgets and operational resources, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
Drive the company forward by bringing motivation, energy, and inspiration to the teams.
Transition into the role of General Manager (CEO/GM) in the long term.

Be fluent in English: As our teams are international, a C1 level (minimum) is required.
