🚧 Your Mission

As Director of Operations, you will be responsible for global operations. Working in close collaboration with the CEO, your mission will be to:

• Oversee and manage Bensound’s daily operations, ensuring processes run efficiently and consistently.

• Collaborate with various teams (Creative, Marketing, Finance, etc.) to ensure the seamless coordination of operational activities.

• Manage budgets and operational resources, ensuring efficient resource allocation.

• Drive the company forward by bringing motivation, energy, and inspiration to the teams.

• Transition into the role of General Manager (CEO/GM) in the long term.

• Be fluent in English: As our teams are international, a C1 level (minimum) is required.
