I. Job Description
As a member of the customer relations team, you will serve as the primary contact for all commercial and operational matters during key clients' contract periods, providing professional, high-quality, and timely business support. You will focus on maintaining strong client relationships, delivering premium distribution services, helping clients' music catalogs gain better exposure and revenue, and driving client renewals and upselling. This includes proactively discussing clients' business, catalog management, growth strategies, distribution advice, and collaboration opportunities, as well as partnering with internal marketing teams to provide promotional support. You will be accountable for client growth, renewals, and satisfaction.
II. Job Responsibilities
- Own client catalog revenue and growth:
- Track new releases and catalog performance, communicate promptly with internal/external stakeholders, and develop response strategies.
- Uncover growth potential through data analysis, and provide distribution recommendations and growth strategies for existing clients.
- Drive client renewal and upselling:
- Understand client needs and market trends to identify partnership opportunities and execute upselling.
- Lead renewal negotiations to achieve contract extensions.
- Serve as the main point of contact to support collaborations on the company’s new business initiatives.
- Ensure client satisfaction:
- Act as the primary contact for key clients, promptly addressing inquiries, coordinating internal resources to resolve issues, and closing cases.
- Collaborate across departments to deliver excellent distribution and catalog management services.
- Analyze client data and service metrics, prepare regular service reports, and communicate findings to clients.
- Support additional tasks and projects as required.
